Privacy policy

Last updated: [DATE]

Jargon to Journey is a guidance service run by Maribel in [CITY, STATE]. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what happens to it.

The short version

  • I only collect what you choose to type into a form.
  • I use it only to reply to you and prepare for our time together.
  • I never sell it, rent it, or use it for ads.
  • This site has no ads, no tracking cookies, and no analytics.

What I collect

  • Forms you send: your name, email, and what you write about your idea (contact form, intake form, “suggest a word,” or “email me my result”).
  • Booking details: if you book a call, the booking tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and chosen time.

Please don’t send passwords, payment details, ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through any form.

What stays on your own device

  • Your language choice (English or Spanish) is saved in your browser so the site remembers it.
  • Your quiz answers stay in your browser. They are only sent to me if you choose “Email me my result.”
  • Pip’s “how are you feeling?” answers are not saved or sent anywhere.

Services that help run this site

  • GitHub Pages hosts the website. Like most web hosts, it may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
  • Formspree delivers form messages to my email.
  • Cal.com handles call scheduling. Its calendar appears on the booking page, and Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages and intake answers for [HOW LONG], then delete them. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent me. Email thecircleroottechllc@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
